Artist Henri Sagna of Senegal has become a world famous artist known for his recycled art forms to promote recovery and recycling. He has created unique sculptures, with every raw material for those being derived from recycled items. His work has been prominently displayed in the galleries of France where he has been listed as one of the 10 most creative artists by the Dapper Museum in Paris. His work like the Fish is simple, yet exquisite designs. He has successfully been creating his artwork to actively promote recycling.

Artist Jim Darling creates eco art using items that one would not even think of using for creating art. His art constitutes of items like a fire hydrant(fixed), wall(of a deserted building) and the likes. His art piece called the “Junk Man” has been noticed by the art lovers and been hailed as a unique concept to create an artwork that is chic, urban and stylish. The use of stationary as well as movable objects is what makes his work so different from the others.

The Collage Portraits created by artist Derek Gores has attracted attention of masses because of the excellent craftsmanship and strikingly original art forms. Artist Bernard Pras is one of the most famous artists who is well known for his 3D portraits. The artist uses items of daily use including broken toys and their component parts. The artist also uses plastic items thrown away or any metallic item that he can use. However the final art form is so different from the usual ones that the viewer who might have been watching the preparation will be taken aback. The artist creates in the true spirit of recycling. 

Haitian artist Carlos Brutus is known for his metal art structures. These artistic forms are created using discarded oil drums, from which the artist creates some of the most stupendous art forms. His art work exhibits traditionalism and exquisite forms. Also, the use of metal from discarded oil drums also points out at the need to use alternate fuel resources and the reuse of resources available at hand. The artist started out at an early age and has since then been in the metal creation work for a long time now.

British artist Nick Gentry has used floppy disks to create amazingly vivid portraits depicting people and emotions. His paintings are essentially collages made out of discarded floppy disks. He is able to create an idea and put it together in his work in one of the most detailed artwork using floppy disks. He describes human emotions by putting together a number of inanimate objects and is successfully able to deliver surprise, sadness, curiosity etc. in his art. Most of all, one easily learns how purposeful can recycling become.

French Artist Pauline Bastard creates imaginative and explicit landscape collages using old photos from magazines and albums. She has been known as one of the best landscape artists in the category. Her creations focus on incorporation of artistic ideas by the use of recyclable materials. This is an effort from the artist to make people aware of the degradation that the environment is facing and how vital it is to ensure that it remains preserved. The artist’s renditions are exquisite while confirming the need to recycle. 

Jason Mecier is one of those exceptional artists who creates portraits of celebrities with amazing likeness using only discarded objects like gum wrappers, jewelry, deodorant canisters, broken sunglasses, shoes and any other item that his brilliant brain deems fit for his art work. He designs 3-D mosaic portraits and these portraits do not require to be tagged because the celebrities looks in them match their exact features. The artist has an exceptional eye for details and uses any junk item to assist him in finishing his art work.

The promotion of art forms is still evident today. Patronizing of art usually is done by awarding the artist but there was a completely new mode of promotion of art in London. A series of subway cars have been recycled to form studio space for artists. The creative reuse of materials has seen a new height with the whole cars being reused for promotion and popularizing recycled and other art forms. The cars are said to have a comfortable European feel to them.

There is so much paper that goes waste in the form of junk mail, post cards, business cards and old greeting cards. Artist Sandhi Schimmel Gold uses all these to make her exceptionally beautiful art forms. She makes portraits using all the paper from fashion magazine and cruise itineraries. Her designs comprise of portraits which contain faces that are so life like that it is hard to believe that one is watching a collage. This is a perfect gift art for any one who is eco friendly.

French artist Bernard Pras has been working with recovered objects for 20 odd years and specialises in a form of art known as Anamorphosis. He assembles a 3-dimensional collage of everyday objects that from close up looks like a load of old junk. He then photographs the collage from a particular vantage point whereby it morphs into a clearly recognisable subject. The photograph becomes the only remaining trace of the artwork.
