The Sistema Alternator might sound like a brand of motor vehicle part that you would not know about. In reality, this is a sculpture that has been entirely made out of circuit boards and it takes the accolades where the design is concerned. This is in the shape of a large head that looks audacious being created out of computer parts only. Keyboard has been used to make the lips while circuit boards and other computer peripherals form the other parts of the head.

His creation comprises of vibrant looks and ebullient colors all of which are very inviting. This garden in Philadelphia has become a public exhibit and the entry requires a very nominal fees. While on one hand it works as an entertaining exhibit, on the other it emphasizes on the need to recycle.

Couture has gone to the next level. Designer Nina Valenti has created a remarkable dress design. She has created a gown that has been made out of six thousand used and misprinted juice drink pouches. This is a creation has been inspired out of the Drink Pouch Brigade. Each pouch is cut into different square pieces and mounted on silk taffeta lining creating patterns on the dress. The bodice has been cut into angles that help in sustaining the flow of the dress and the tail that follows.

Photographers know best that the reel of a camera can become a huge item that gets wasted once it is developed. To ensure that this is known to all, photographers Trevor and Larissa used an innovative method and a very important occasion to spread the word out for recycling. They created their wedding invites on the photography theme and packed them into recycled 35 mm film canisters. This canister can be used again after the invite has been pulled out of them.
